  1. AI Video/audio transcription – this enables you capture the text from meetings within seconds of the end of a meeting.  It is then fully searchable.  This greatly saves time in producing documents such as minutes.
  2. AI document summarisation – this summarises long documents in seconds.  Combined with video/audio transcription, it can summarise meetings. Again, this saves valuable time in reading and producing documents.
  3. AI Smart Chat – this enables you to search your documents securely using natural language, for example ‘show me the last 3 invoices for client X’.  This is powerful for any organisation with complex data and search needs.
  4. AI Smart Fields – this enables you to capture the information in a document automatically, for example passport number, name and expiry date from a passport;  name and address from a utility bill; and the details in an invoice such as names, references such as PO#, amounts including line items.
